Although the poster says that the event (I posted about before) is happening on June 7, everything starts already early in the morning of June 6.

Why complicate things.
What day event will take place? What day is the best day to come 6 or 7. june,

Basically the traders start their work already on June 6. The thing is that on the 1st day there could be more goods but on June 7 the prices might get lower.
If interested there's a craftmen market with traditional atmosphere at Latvian Ethnographic Open Air Museum (Latvijas Etnogrāfiskais brīvdabas muzejs), which also takes place on June 6 and 7.
